For more than two years I led creative direction across Pantene’s digital channels at POSSIBLE, WPP’s agency of record for the brand. My scope spanned oversight of thousands of individual monthly assets including cross-channel new product launches, monthly website campaigns with elevated landing page features, paid media animated ads and video, as well as integrated eCRM journeys. I partnered closely with P&G Brand Directors to develop flexible, scalable creative initiatives aligned with Pantene’s broader brand ecosystem.

Our agency team’s nickname? “Beauty Bay,” of course.
